The following communications allow the Laird Norton family to build and maintain connections between more than 380 individuals across the United States and abroad.

The Laird Norton family’s quarterly newsletter, Woodstock, keeps family members aware of relevant issues, including upcoming events and family announcements. Family members contribute articles on a wide variety of topics.

The Laird Norton family manages a website exclusively for family members. This site offers information on current events, business reports, Family Retreats, company history and family programs.

The Family Directory contains names, contact information, and a photo of each family member over the age of 14. It is updated daily and printed twice a year for distribution so the family stays connected.

Now in its seventh-generation, the Laird Norton family tree is printed and distributed every five years and is available electronically on the family’s private web site.

The LNC office partners with an archivist to best preserve the rich history of the Laird Norton family. Examples of this work include the 150th commemorative DVD “Roots and Wings,” the Laird Norton family history book “Branching Out,” and the play “Timber Roots.”
